...to my friend and colleague Debra Giller who is undergoing surgery today at 1:30 pm. Debra is an amazing artist, hardworking and extremely dedicated to her craft, working in ceramic sculpture. I showed with her in 2002 because our work shares a common interest in the biomorphic. She teaches at the Arlington Center for the Arts and at Endicott College, and she is also, like me, a member of the Bromfield Gallery in Boston.
